Wardrobe Clone Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Wardrobe Clone app for iPhone, iPad and Android and its web version, published by Vilasi, Inc., a North Carolina corporation. By using the app you agree to them and to the Vilasi, Inc. Terms of Use. The Wardrobe Clone Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

If you download the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies; if these terms and Apple's agreement differ, Apple's agreement controls for your use of the app on Apple devices. If you download the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your purchases.

Free and paid features

Wardrobe Clone is free to download. Some features need a subscription, as shown on the plans screen in the app before you buy. Features labeled "Coming soon" are not part of any purchase until they are released.

Auto-renewing subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Your account is charged for the next period within the 24 hours before the current period ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. If the app offers Vilasi Pass, a subscription that includes the paid features of participating Vilasi apps, it renews and is canceled in the same way.

Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, its length and the price that follows are shown before you start. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription and your account is charged at the price shown. On the App Store, any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.

How to cancel

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in the store where you bought it:

• iPhone and iPad: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions (Apple instructions).
• Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions (Google instructions).

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

One-time purchases and consumables

Consumable purchases, such as credits or packs, are used up as you spend them. Where an app offers them, they never expire, are kept on the device where they are added, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Any monthly allowance included with a subscription applies to that month only.

Restoring purchases

Use Restore Purchases on the plans screen to bring your subscriptions and one-time unlocks to a new or reset device signed in to the same store account.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests go to them under their policies: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or the Google Play refund policies for Google Play. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases directly.

Prices

Prices are set in your local currency by the store and may change. If a subscription price changes, the store will tell you in advance as its rules require. We may improve or change features; we will not take away something you bought to own.

Try-on previews

Virtual try-on previews are not available yet and cannot be bought. When they launch, each preview will send the photos you choose to an imaging partner, only after you agree each time, and preview credits will be consumable purchases that never expire.

Shopping links

Some links to retailers are affiliate links. If you buy through one, Vilasi, Inc. may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Purchases from retailers are between you and the retailer.

Your content

What you enter in the app stays on your device and remains yours. See the Wardrobe Clone Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Vilasi, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app's purchases in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version; material changes will be noted in the app.
