Wardrobe Clone Support

On the device you are using, in your browser's storage for Wardrobe Clone. Your photos, pieces, outfits and packing lists are not uploaded to us, which also means we cannot restore them for you. Save a backup file now and then from More, then Backup and data.

On your old phone, open More, then Backup and data, then Save backup file. Save it somewhere you can reach from the new phone, such as your files app, cloud drive or email to yourself. On the new phone, open Wardrobe Clone, go to More, then Backup and data, then Choose backup file, and pick that file. Restoring replaces whatever is on the new phone.

Open the Wardrobe Clone website in Safari. Tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen, then Add. Wardrobe Clone will open from your home screen like any other app and keeps working without a connection.

Open the Wardrobe Clone website in Chrome. Tap the menu button, then Install app or Add to Home screen. You may also see an Install app button in Wardrobe Clone under More.

Open More, then Backup and data. Under Erase everything, type ERASE and tap Erase all data. This removes every piece, outfit, trip and photo from that device and cannot be undone, so save a backup first if you might want anything back. Deleting the app or clearing the site's data in your browser settings also removes it.

Your headshot and full-body photo are optional and stay on your device. They are used only for the layout preview, where you arrange photos of your pieces over your full-body photo by hand. Delete them any time from More, then Photos of me. They are included in backup files, so keep those private.

The event planner compares the pieces in your closet with the event, the dress code and the weather you type in. It looks at formality, season, how the colours work together, and what you have worn lately, then shows the best combinations with a short reason for each.

Find it builds a search on each shop's own website using the words shown. Results depend on that shop. Edit the search words on the piece's page to narrow things down.
