Where are my products and decisions?

Only on your device. We cannot see them or restore them for you.

How do I move to a new phone?

On the old device open Your data and choose Export backup. On the new device open Before You Buy and choose Import backup.

How do I install it?

On iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, use the browser menu and choose Install app.

How do I delete everything?

Open Your data and choose the erase option.

Plans and purchases

In the iPhone and Android app, Before You Buy Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. To bring your purchases to a new phone, use Restore Purchases on the plans screen in the app. Cancel a subscription any time in your Apple Account or Google Play subscriptions; refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
